Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Supplemental Health Care. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students' communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to provide support and accommodations for students
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to share progress and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current Maryland SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • ASHA Certification
  • Experience working with students with communication disorders
