We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Expert to join our team at Peraton. As a Telecommunications Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex voice solutions using MS Teams, Avaya, and Cisco technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement voice solutions using MS Teams, Avaya, and Cisco technologies
• Configure MS Teams, Avaya, and Cisco voice systems to predefined standards
• Develop and integrate VOIP, digital, and cloud-based voice solutions
• Implement security requirements for deploying hybrid voice solutions
• Travel up to 20% of the time to support global customers

Requirements

• 5 years of experience working with Cisco Collaboration tools in an enterprise environment
• 5 years of intensive and progressive experience in the field of study and specialization
• In-depth knowledge of MS Teams, Session Border Controller, Cisco CUCM Telephony Product line, and Avaya Voice Product Line
• 2 years of experience working on voice systems deployment teams
• 3 years of operations experience
• 2 years of experience in managing and deploying voice solutions in a VOIP and cloud-based environment
• Experience on Cisco Call Manager versions 10 and above and Avaya Voice Product line
• Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• CCT Routing & Switching, CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in engineering
