About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Lead to join our team at Bluecrest Residential. As a Maintenance Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Class A luxury community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: You will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Work Order Management: You will manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively within the designated timeframe.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: You will work closely with the management team to develop and manage the maintenance budget, identifying areas where costs can be reduced without compromising quality.
  • Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections to ensure that all maintenance work is performed to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: You must have experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or equivalent role in a property management company.
  • Certifications: You must hold an EPA Type II or Universal certification and a CPO certification (obtained within 3 months of employment).
  • Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to travel between sites and perform job duties.
