Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and manage the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population on one or more nursing units.
- Oversee the operation of the patient care unit, including leadership, budget preparation, and overall fiscal management.
- Develop and implement programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patient's nursing care needs are assessed, evaluated, and met.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years experience in an acute hospital environment.
- 2 years experience in the specialty unit (Emergency).
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Master's Degree.
- 2 years Management experience.
