Job Responsibilities- Provide compassionate nursing care as an LPN in post-acute facilities in the area.
- Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions and track their vital signs.
- Perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and track health concerns.
- Help with medication administration and proper verification, tracking use and effects.
- Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility for residents.
- Track medical records and charts.
- Assist with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
- Keep track of medical supplies and maintain a proper inventory.
- Be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans.
- Work with staff in the orientation and training of new colleagues.
- Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program.
- H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role).
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) hourly pay range: $30-$58 (25% higher than average).
- Choose from a wide variety of facilities and shifts to create your own schedule.
