Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urology and Continence Specialists team in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Key Features of the Role:
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend or holiday shifts and no on-call duties.
- The selected candidate will engage in clinical consultations for both new and returning patients under the guidance of a supervising physician.
- We prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience in patient care as an Advanced Practice Provider.
- Applicants should be comfortable working primarily with adult patients.
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current unrestricted or pending licensure in Michigan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
