About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team at Poway Animal Hospital. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with surgical procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including rooming patients, drawing blood, and running bloodwork
  • Assist with surgical procedures, including proper positioning and handling of patients
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including hospital maintenance and client communications
  • Train and mentor other staff members on proper procedures and protocols
  • Perform front office duties, including client communications and scheduling
Requirements
  • Registered Veterinary Technician (license must be current)
  • 3+ years of veterinary experience in a hospital
  • Dental and dental X-ray experience
  • Surgical experience
