Coatings Specialist

The Painter role offers a competitive salary, estimated at $45,000-$65,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, you will receive weekly pay, direct deposit, generous PTO balance, comprehensive health insurance, and more.

This key position ensures that finished products are of high quality and free of blemishes before shipment to customers. Your technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in client satisfaction and success.

• Paint assembled units using HVLP spray guns.
• File, grind, sand, and smooth assembled or welded surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
• Spray prepared surfaces with specified amounts of primers and finish coatings.
• Monitor painting operations to identify flaws and correct their causes.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• 1-2 years' relevant painting experience (required); 3-5 years is preferred.
• Experience painting in a production/metal fabrication facility is highly desired.

• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment requiring standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching throughout an 8-to-10-hour day.
• Strength to carry product, equipment, and tools up to 50 pounds and push or pull product up to 100 pounds.
