Cake Decorator Specialist

This role involves mixing frosting, coloring frosting, making cones, loading cones, frosting cakes, and decorating cakes with colored frosting. You will also be responsible for taking orders, completing orders, and storing orders in the bakery cooler. Additionally, you will need to clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters. The successful candidate must be able to track and record loss while demonstrating proper food safety and sanitation work habits.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $12.50 per hour, which translates to around $26,000 per year based on a 40-hour workweek. This role requires a minimum of 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs. The estimated annual salary for this position is $26,000-$30,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
