Tool and Die Maker

G.Z.Q.S.O. is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker - Fabrication Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $32.50/hour, plus 5% shift premium, totaling up to $34.22/hour. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) program, and free membership to a local gym.

This role involves maintaining daily maintenance, upkeep, and repair of all dies for safe, clean, productive, and economical operation that fully supports press production.

The responsibilities include:

• Repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dies.
• Collaborating with the production department on all tooling issues.
• Studying blueprints, sketches, models, or specifications to plan the sequence of operations for fabricating tools, dies, or assemblies.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of three years' experience as a Tool and Die Maker.
• Knowledge and background in high-strength steel.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to interact with fellow team members in a professional manner.

You should also possess strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as basic algebra.
