Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our critical care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide advanced respiratory care to patients with respiratory insufficiencies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, establish, and evaluate patient care plans based on diagnosis and treatment requirements
  • Monitor and implement advanced monitoring techniques for optimal patient outcomes
  • Perform complex respiratory care modalities, including administration of medications and treatments
  • Evaluate respiratory practice, medication administration, and treatment effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care or related field
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program
  • Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) Board licensure
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialing through the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in critical care
  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care or related field
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Neonatal Pediatric Specialist (NPS) certifications
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; normal hearing and vision or corrected to normal range.
