Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
  • Assess patient condition and provide patient care.
  • Maintain a sterile environment.
  • Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
  • Participate in the orientation of new staff and utilize downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
  • One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
  • Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or registered with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
