Deli Host

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Host to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Deli Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and stocked deli area, and preparing deli products according to company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and addressing customer needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized deli area, including the coffee and fountain bars, to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare deli products, such as salads, sandwiches, and wraps, according to company guidelines and preparation guides.
• Use various methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Assist with cross-training in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
