Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm welcome to every guest, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience
  • Manage the wait list, ensuring guests are informed and comfortable
  • Communicate guest concerns to management, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Support fellow team members, working together to deliver exceptional service
