Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Sentara Therapy Center - Wards Corner in Norfolk, VA. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide age-appropriate education to patients and caregivers
  • Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by team members
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate Level Degree in Physical Therapy
  • 1 year of experience required for Resource Pool applicants
  • Direct Access certification within one year of hire for those with a BS or MS degree
  • Physical Therapist License in North Carolina, Virginia, or Physical Therapy Compact Commission
