This is a key leadership role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage large teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement MDM strategies and solutions that meet business requirements
  • Lead a team of MDM consultants and ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management capabilities
Requirements
  • 13+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on MDM and data governance
  • 10+ years of experience with Informatica PIM/Product360 and leading MDM & Data Governance tools
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data quality principles
  • Experience in creating metamodels, business glossaries, and data dictionaries
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in designing and implementing workflows to enable data management capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Unix shell scripting, and cloud-based MDM tools
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and Lean practices

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
