- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in tax leadership roles, preferably in a public accounting firm or family office.
- Extensive experience with real estate and partnership tax compliance and consulting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tax software and systems, including CCH Axcess/ProSystem.
- Competitive salary range of $125,000 - $170,000.
