Teaching Assistant - Swimming
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant - Swimming. As a teaching assistant, you will support our experienced instructors in teaching swimming lessons to children and adults.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. They will also be able to assist with daily tasks, such as recording student attendance and communicating with management.

The estimated salary for this role is $19.25 per hour, based on performance and schedule. This includes a base rate of $18.00, plus incentives for assisting with lessons and participating in company growth tactics.

Key Responsibilities
