Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with students in a school-based setting, providing individualized therapy sessions to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and daily living skills
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Current certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Massachusetts state licensure
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a caseload based on experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to students.
