We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team at Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort. As a representative of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in process.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and directing them to their rooms, answering phone calls and responding to messages, and handling cash and credit transactions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and report any maintenance issues to management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Minimum age: 18.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

$16-$19/hour, plus benefits including health insurance, FSA options, and paid time off. On-demand pay and flexible scheduling available.
