Registered Nurse for Night Operations

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to become a vital part of our healthcare team. This role involves working the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) in our Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting will:
- Assume full nursing responsibility for patient care delivery.
- Continuously assess and enhance personal and professional performance to improve care quality.
- Adhere to hospital policies and objectives to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on evidence-based nursing practices.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Previous experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting is preferred.
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications.
- Active RN license in Louisiana.
- CCRN or PCCN certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of nursing theory and practice, with the ability to supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
