Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement naturalistic occupational therapy interventions to support gross motor skills, fine motor skills, feeding, and daily living activities.
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in collaboration with ABA, speech, and psychology teams.
  • Coach and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to effectively translate occupational therapy goals into therapy and support their career growth.
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active license to practice occupational therapy.
  • Preference for OTs with 3+ years of experience.
