About the JobThis is a travel job opportunity that requires the successful candidate to live 150 miles away from the job location. The position involves working as an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a period of 13 weeks, with a guaranteed 40 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities- To perform radiographic procedures under the guidance of a licensed physician or registered technologist;
- To assist in preparing patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure, positioning the patient, and administering contrast agents if necessary;
- To operate imaging equipment such as X-ray machines and CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures;
- To maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and follow-up instructions;
- To collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.

Additionally, you must hold a valid certification from a recognized professional organization, such as the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
