Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Laborer to join our team at MillenniumSoft. As a Warehouse Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method
Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps
Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adhere to quality guidelines

Requirements:

Zero (0) to one (1) year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training
Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations
Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment
General computer skills

While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to episodes of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, climbing, lifting, crouching, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, talking, hearing, twisting, frequent use of hands to finger, handle, feel, pick or type which can include repetitive motion of the wrists, hands or fingers. The job can require lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs. The position will have exposure to work near moving mechanical parts, extreme weather conditions, and vibration. Occasionally the position will have exposure to work in high, precarious places and fumes/airborne particles. It is hot in the summer months (no AC) and cold in the winter months (limited heating). The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
