Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assistance and care to individuals with developmental challenges, elderly clients, or those in hospice care.
- Aid with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Administer medications and monitor health indicators under nursing supervision.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using safe lifting practices.
- Maintain a tidy and organized environment for clients.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy.
- Uphold and respect the rights and dignity of clients.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be prepared to assist with all personal care needs, including bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and their families.
- Ability to follow directives and collaborate within a team.
- Basic understanding of caregiving techniques and practices.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting or transferring clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
