At Joyce Factory Direct, we're seeking a seasoned Canvassing Manager to spearhead the growth of our canvassing department. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive canvassing strategy to drive high-quality leads and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a canvassing strategy to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers, ensuring they're motivated and equipped to meet targets.
  • Actively participate in daily canvassing efforts, leading by example in the field.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and support to help the team succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze canvassing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic team environment that encourages continuous improvement and high morale.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in canvassing or a similar field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Willingness to be in the field daily, leading canvassing efforts hands-on.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions to drive departmental success.
