  • Address customer complaints and operational issues calmly and fairly.
  • Demonstrate reliability in all interactions with customers and staff.
  • Achieve monthly performance goals.
  • Utilize the transfer system efficiently.
  • Communicate wage considerations to management and employees.
  • Report issues and results to management promptly.
  • Seek and prepare for professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to and communicate company policies to team members.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively by recognizing team strengths.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are necessary:

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent, with six months to one year of relevant experience or training in tire and automotive services, sales, and customer relations.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence.

Mathematical Skills and Reasoning Ability:

  • Proficient in basic arithmetic operations.
  • Able to solve practical problems with various variables.
  • Capable of interpreting diverse instructions.

Physical Demands:

Employees must be able to stand for extended periods, lift and move items up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Work Environment:
