Community Enrollment Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Community Enrollment Representative to join our team at Pristine Management Group. As a Community Enrollment Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our telecommunications services to local communities, providing them with accessible and affordable technology to stay connected with one another, their families, and job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective customers in the local community, educate them about our services, and assist them through the qualification and sign-up process.
  • Qualify potential customers to determine their eligibility for specialized products.
  • Drive a high level of self-generated lead activity to create a referral pipeline.
  • Collaborate with fellow Community Enrollment Representatives and the customer service team to learn best practices and develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sign-up process, as well as continue to offer support even after enrolling to services.
  • Actively contribute to a positive, engaging work environment by collaborating and maintaining professional, friendly relationships across all teams and departments.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in business, communications, or marketing is highly preferred, but not necessary depending on prior experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service, sales, community involvement, or any other applicable experience.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and superior communication skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and genuine demeanor with a proven track record of building effective relationships with community members, co-workers, and clients.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with a high level of motivation and desire for growth.
  • Highly attentive, excellent listener, and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
