Position Type: Full-time, Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday - 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Compensation: $21.00 per hour, based on experience plus commissions

The Lake Doctors, Inc. is looking for dedicated technicians who thrive in outdoor environments, possess excellent communication skills, and take pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the treatment and upkeep of lakes, ponds, and other aquatic environments for clients in the Northeast FL and Southeast GA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and treating aquatic vegetation and algae.
  • Conducting water quality tests, stocking fish, and providing various pond and lake services.
  • Maintaining professional communication with clients and representing the company positively in the community.
  • Keeping accurate customer records within the management system.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and understand herbicide labels and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Self-driven and a collaborative team member.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients.

Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience in lawn care or pest management.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical skills are advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Demands:

  • Physical capability to operate outdoor equipment.
  • Ability to work outside, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear necessary protective gear.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • This is a Full-Time position.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screenings will be performed.
