Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Pathway Instructors to oversee student progress and credential achievement.
  • Monitor and report on Industry-Based Credentials and alignment pathways to the Student Navigator.
  • Organize all pre-and post-assessment schedules for students in pathway or Workforce programs in conjunction with program instructors.
  • Evaluate program participants using the TABE 11/12 assessment as per Adult Education Program guidelines.
  • Maintain the Student Information System (SIS) with all assessment results, attendance records, and credential updates.
  • Create online accounts for students requiring contextualized academic support in reading, writing, or mathematics.
  • Track student engagement in distance learning and record hours in the SIS.
  • Gather student feedback regarding their experiences in adult education pathway courses and Workforce training programs.
  • Design lessons and curricula tailored to the diverse learning needs of students, enhancing skills in digital literacy, health literacy, and financial literacy.
  • Plan and conduct community education workshops based on local needs assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least one year of relevant experience in a higher education environment, or
  • Associate degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a higher education setting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
