Position Overview

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is currently seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist for a travel assignment.

Job Responsibilities

Compensation Details

Estimated Payment:
~ $3042.00/week*
~ $40.00/hr - $47.00/hr*
Note: Actual compensation may vary based on shift length and eligibility for stipends.

Work Environment

Engage in a hospital setting with responsibilities including:
- Performing transthoracic echocardiograms for both adult and pediatric patients.
- Occasionally conducting stress echocardiograms and assisting with transesophageal echocardiograms.

Equipment Utilized

Familiarity with the following machines is required:
- Philips Epiqs, Affinity's, and IE33's
- GE E95 and Vived E9
Reporting Systems:
- Epiq Cupid - reporting
- Sectra – Cardiology PACS

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited program with a minimum of three years of experience.
  • Required Licenses/Certifications:
    - BLS - must be AHA certified
    - RDCS (PE) or RCS
Schedule Requirements

Shifts primarily consist of clinic and hospital hours, starting between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM. Staffed/call responsibilities include:
- One weekend per month
- One day of call every other week
- On-call work after hours as needed.

Facility Details

Work within a 500-bed hospital and 5 outpatient clinic rooms.

Dress Code

Grey scrubs or provided light blue scrubs are required.
