Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with day-to-day duties in the ID office and other areas of Public Safety. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative setting and possess excellent problem-solving skills. They will also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the ID office and other areas of Public Safety
  • Assist with organizing activities and events within the department
  • Ensure all medical center personnel receive the proper identification card and access clearance
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
