Starting at $205/HR, inclusive of malpractice coverage, travel, and accommodation (if necessary)

Position Overview:
This role requires a full-time provider, with a commitment of 40+ hours per week. Overtime compensation is set at $265/HR. Typical shifts include 7a-3p, 7a-5p, and 7a-7p. The position involves working with EPIC EMR and engaging in various cases including Ortho, Vascular, OBGYN, and Endo. CRNAs will operate under supervision.

Job Responsibilities:
This position entails a blend of clinical and administrative duties.

Administrative Responsibilities:


Under the guidance of the Manager, you will develop staff schedules and oversee daily departmental staffing to ensure adequate personnel and skill mix to meet patient needs. You will submit the staffing schedule for final approval from the Manager.

Your role includes acting as a backup to the Manager for biweekly payroll approval, identifying utilization trends, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. You will assist in the planning and management of the departmental budget.

  • Support the Manager in recruitment, selection, orientation, and retention processes.
Develop, implement, and monitor standards of practice to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Engage in service-oriented, quality, effective, and safe patient care activities, including unit-based Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QA/PI) initiatives and the development of improvement action plans.

Collaborate with Associates and Management to ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies, as well as with ancillary departments to guarantee the availability of necessary equipment and supplies.

Identify and evaluate new technologies available for patient care.
Assist the Manager and Physician Chair in addressing customer satisfaction and quality concerns.

  • Participate in relevant meetings and committees as assigned. Work with the Manager to monitor staff performance, providing coaching, counseling, and mentoring as appropriate.
