Research Physicist

Job Summary
A research faculty position is available in the field of space plasma physics at Auburn University. We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as an Assistant Research Professor. The successful candidate will have expertise in understanding the physics of plasma waves, wave-particle interaction, and their global consequences in the Earth's magnetosphere.

This role is focused on using existing simulation codes to analyze kinetic simulations and observation data. Experience in these areas is highly desirable. As a member of our department, you will contribute to our research efforts and collaborate with colleagues to advance our knowledge in this field.
