Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Home Health Care Professional. As an LPN with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, providing skilled nursing care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying client needs and preferences, and making recommendations for care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
  • Graduation from a qualified nursing program
