POSITION SUMMARY:

The Order Selector plays a vital role within the Warehouse Team, tasked with the precise and efficient selection of orders in a timely fashion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately and efficiently pick orders for customers.
  • Safely operate electric pallet jacks in a dynamic warehouse setting.
  • Utilize Vocollect technology for product selection and palletization.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations as well as quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to work in diverse warehouse environments, including freezer, cooler, and dry areas.
  • Capable of following selection instructions via headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label).
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Ability to remain on feet for 8-12 hours daily.
  • Physical capability to frequently lift weights ranging from 15 to 55 pounds.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Experience in Order Selecting: 1 Year (Preferred).
  • Experience with Electric Pallet Jack: 1 Year (Preferred).
