Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Scan Specialist to join our team at HCA Florida JFK Hospital. As a CT Scan Specialist, you will be responsible for operating CT scan equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnosing medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scan equipment to produce high-quality images for detecting pathology and abnormalities in patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other imaging staff as needed to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Work within the CT Tech scope of practice according to policy and procedures.
  • Follow all general infection control measures and those specific to the CT scan department.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and immediately after completing each case.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
