Job DescriptionOur Graduate Nurse (GN) Residency Programs provide an immersive experience in evidence-based practice, training, and education as you transition from student to professional.
- Supports significant growth in confidence and competence as a nurse
- Helps gain critical thinking, assessment skills, and knowledge base of the highest caliber of nurses
- Improves ability to prioritize and organize
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing
- An active and unexpired Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network
- A valid Idaho RN license, with some units accepting temporary licenses
