Join Our Team as a Bartender

About the Role:

We're seeking a charismatic and skilled Bartender to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks according to Torchy's recipes and standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a Damn Good experience for every guest
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drinks
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
  • A current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)
  • Ability to work varied schedules and hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
