RN - Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Float Pool team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of medical surgical settings, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
