Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Certified to join our team at our Burien Medical Clinic. As a Medical Assistant Certified, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room and exit patients in accordance with established protocols
  • Complete all provider referrals for each patient
  • Administer injections and distribute oral medications under physicians' orders; perform venipuncture
  • Assist medical providers with charting office visits; ensure communication and documentation for comprehensive patient care coordination
Requirements
  • Washington State MA-Certificate or possess an MA-Interim License and pass the exam within the 90-day probationary period
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification within 90 days of hire date and maintenance throughout employment
  • EPIC experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
