We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team at the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District. As a key member of our Information Services Department, you will provide technical support and assistance to our staff and students.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
* Assist with the installation and maintenance of computer systems and software
* Collaborate with staff to identify and implement technology solutions to improve instructional practices
* Develop and deliver training sessions on various software applications and technical tools

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
* Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and network protocols
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
