Job Title: HVAC Technician

Vanguard Resources Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC and mechanical equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial manufacturing facility.

Job Summary:

  • Respond to work orders and perform skilled work in maintaining and repairing HVAC and mechanical equipment
  • Maintain filters and replace drive belts, troubleshoot refrigerant and electrical control circuits, and install new equipment
  • Perform brazing of copper fittings and refrigerant recovery, and operate a variety of motorized equipment and hand-held tools
  • Cross-train with staff in other areas to ensure continuity of departmental operations
  • May perform on-call duty on a rotational basis and attend all meetings and trainings as required

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of HVAC experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Technical degree in a related field is preferred
  • Current universal EPA certification required
  • HVAC Class A license required
  • Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle search required
