Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at The Palms River Resort in Needles, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with basic construction knowledge and experience working independently.

As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various maintenance tasks, including general labor, power tool operation, and minor repairs. Basic plumbing and building skills are a plus, and prior experience with concrete work is helpful.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent direction-following skills, work efficiently, and maintain a safe work environment.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits and paid time off after the required probationary period.
