About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, and promoting a Safe Smile Space for all patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments
  • Screen patients' periodontal health
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
  • Perform oral cancer screenings
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current state hygiene license (or eligibility to become licensed)
  • A current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $83,200 - $104,000, based on experience and location. This figure includes a base salary of $40 - $50 per hour, as well as additional compensation for overtime and bonuses.
