Job Overview

Federal Protection Inc is seeking an experienced Electronic Systems Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves servicing bank equipment and security systems in financial, commercial, and residential areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze malfunctions in electronic systems and repair or replace defective components using technical knowledge and manufacturer's manuals.
  • Test and operate equipment to ensure defects have been corrected.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local laws applicable to the position.
  • Accurately complete paperwork, including timesheets, in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years work experience in electronic system maintenance or repair.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Bosch, Brivo, DMP, Diebold, Hamilton, Skilcraft, Ademco, CCTV, and NCR ATM systems.
  • Skills in troubleshooting, customer service, and the use of hand tools.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs.
  • Lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Working indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Bending/crouching to work on machines.
  • Use of various cleaning supplies.
  • Climbing ladders.
