Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Lakes Elementary School.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective communication and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to integrate speech and language services into the curriculum
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and support

Requirements:

Applicants must hold a Speech and Language Pathologist endorsement (061) and have experience working with students with diverse needs. ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience is preferred.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 185 days per year. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting to the Building Administrator and Director of Pupil Services.
