Position Overview:


This role requires on-site presence and involves estimating and bidding on projects while also serving as a Project Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and bid on projects
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and bidding documents
  • Oversee change orders

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in the Construction and Building Materials industry, with a focus on concrete, heavy asphalt, cement, and heavy civil projects
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business is preferred
  • Experience with paving, grading, and drainage
  • Familiarity with Bid2Win and Viewpoint software
