Job Summary:

The Licensed Behavior Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior modification intervention plans for children. This will involve working with the treatment team, maintaining direct contact with the child and family, and providing assessments, program designs, and monitoring of treatment goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and direct the implementation of behavior modification intervention plans for children.
  • Work with the treatment team to ensure effective treatment plans.
  • Provide assessments, program designs, and monitoring of treatment goals.
  • Provide clinical documentation on treatment plan goals and behavioral progress.
  • Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians.
Requirements:
  • Licensed as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services.
  • One of the following certifications: BCaBA, undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis, or a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA.
  • Valid PA Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
  • Pass Child Abuse, Criminal History background checks, FBI fingerprinting, and sex offender clearance.
