We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI). As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
Responsibilities- Prepare dialysis machines and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physicians and families.
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
- Document required patient education efforts.
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
- Lead a small patient care team.
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Competitive pay range from $33.25-$47.41 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.
